Cancellation policy

Full refund when you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 14 days later. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

House rules

In general

1. Please take care of this flat as if it were your own. We have decorated with life and care, so thank you for appreciating it.

2. Please lock the flat door when you go out and do not forget to lock the terrace door.

3. Don't throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilets!

4. When you leave after your stay:

• Please pick up all sheets from the bed and leave them in the laundry basket along with the used towels.
• Make sure all bins are empty.
• Leave the keys in the letterbox in the downstairs hall. Make sure to set the code to 000 after leaving the keys.

5. Make sure the fridge and freezer are empty at the end of your stay.

6. WiFi: choose Bloss, the password is Blossostend.

Waste - in waste room in the basement ( -1 in the lift)

1. Household waste in the brown bag (found in the kitchen under the kitchen sink).

2. PMD (Plastic, metal cans, drinking cartons) in the blue bag.

3. Paper and cardboard separately (is needed for recycling).

Kitchen

You are free to look around the kitchen to find cooking utensils in the drawer with pots and pans under the cooker. Under the sink you will find the dishwasher. In the cupboard to the right of the dishwasher, you will find the tablets for dishwasher and washing-up liquid and the rubbish bin.
